At TOMS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your items.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn items in the original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
